Due to the nature of our products — research-use-only materials — all returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our strict quality control and compliance policies.

2. Research-Grade Product Policy

All products supplied by Warrior Peptides are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.

Due to their sensitive and perishable nature, we cannot accept returns once products have left controlled laboratory conditions — unless the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.

This policy ensures the highest possible standards of purity, safety, and traceability.

3. Eligible Return Conditions

A product may qualify for return or replacement if:

• It was received damaged during shipping
• The incorrect product was supplied
• There is a verified defect in packaging or composition

All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with photographic or documentary evidence of the issue.

4. Return Procedure

To request a return or refund:

All approved returns must remain unopened, sealed, and unused to qualify for replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery
• Orders placed in error or due to buyer remorse
• Products that have expired while in the buyer's possession
• Compounds held by customs or local authorities beyond our control

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Refunds will be processed for the product value only; shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the claim with the courier and, once confirmed, offer either:

• A replacement shipment at no additional charge, or
• A refund for the affected items.

We do not accept liability for delays or loss caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.

8. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the UK:

• Buyers are responsible for confirming import legality in their country.
